Cancellation Policy
Scope
You can cancel any BattleBridge subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. This policy applies to every paid service billed by Battle Bridge Labs, LLC, including AI agent plans, Ads Arsenal, USR Engage, and Ultimate Senior Resource verified listings.
How to Cancel
Send a cancellation request by either method below.
By email
Write to [email protected] from the address on your account and name the subscription you want to cancel.
By phone
Call 918-809-2238 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central.
Confirmation
We process cancellation requests within one business day and confirm every cancellation by email. There is no retention call and no additional step you have to complete.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Monthly subscriptions
The subscription stops renewing immediately. Service continues through the end of the current billing period and no further charge is made.
Annual and prepaid plans
The plan does not renew at the end of its term. Service continues for the remainder of the prepaid period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused prepaid time.
Usage-based billing (Ads Arsenal)
Billing stops on the date of cancellation. Usage already incurred before that date appears on a final invoice.
Refunds and Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, write to [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. We review every request and correct the ones we got wrong. Charges appear on a cardholder statement as BATTLEBRIDGE. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us before disputing it with your bank; we can usually identify and resolve it the same day.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and forms part of our Terms of Service. Any legal action arising under it is brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
