1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the websites at battlebridge.com or ultimateseniorresource.com (together, the "Sites"), operated by Battle Bridge Labs, LLC, doing business as BattleBridge ("BattleBridge," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Ultimate Senior Resource is a BattleBridge company, and these Terms govern both Sites and any paid services offered through them. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Sites.

2. Use of the Sites

You agree to use the Sites only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

4. Paid Services, Subscriptions & Billing

We offer paid services through the Sites, including verified listing subscriptions on Ultimate Senior Resource. By purchasing a paid service, you agree to the following:

• Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. Charges may appear on your statement as "Battle Bridge Labs" or "BattleBridge."
• Subscriptions. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise stated at checkout) and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to the paid service until then.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable; we may issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion.
• Price changes. We may change subscription pricing with notice to you before the change takes effect for your next billing period.

5. Ultimate Senior Resource Listings

When you claim, verify, or manage a business listing on Ultimate Senior Resource, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to act on behalf of the business or community in the listing
• The information you provide is accurate, current, and not misleading
• You will keep your listing information up to date

Directory content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice, or a recommendation or endorsement of any community or provider. We may edit, suspend, or remove any listing that we reasonably believe is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BATTLEBRIDGE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BATTLE BRIDGE LABS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Battle Bridge Labs, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Sites or your violation of these Terms.

The Sites may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by BattleBridge. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Sites after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
