Ultimate Senior Resource is a BattleBridge company and its directory is operated under this Privacy Policy.

• Claim or verify a business listing on Ultimate Senior Resource (business or community name, contact name, business email and phone number, listing details, and related information you submit)
• Purchase a subscription or service (billing contact information; payment card details are collected by our payment processor, not by us — see Section 3)

We also collect limited usage information automatically. The Sites use essential cookies required for basic functionality and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that help us understand aggregate site usage — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. Analytics data is not used to personally identify you.

3. Payments

Payments on the Sites — including Ultimate Senior Resource verified listing subscriptions — are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect or store your full payment card number. Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. We retain records of transactions (name, email, amount, product purchased) for billing, support, and legal compliance. Charges may appear on your statement as "Battle Bridge Labs" or "BattleBridge."

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

9. Google User Data (Search Arsenal)

If you connect your Google account to Search Arsenal, we access, on your behalf and with your permission, read-only data from:

• Google Search Console (your sites' search performance: queries, clicks, impressions, positions)
• Google Analytics (your properties' traffic and conversion metrics)

We use this data solely to provide Search Arsenal's features to you: displaying your own performance dashboards, computing your trends and reports (including white-labeled reports you generate), and alerting you to changes in your own data. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with any third party except as required to operate the service (such as our hosting infrastructure) or as required by law. Humans do not read this data except with your permission, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.

Search Arsenal's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your Google authorization tokens are stored encrypted. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from within Search Arsenal, or by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions; upon disconnection we delete your stored tokens, and you may request deletion of all data derived from your Google account by contacting us.

10. Children's Privacy

The Sites are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Sites after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
