Ultimate Senior Resource is a BattleBridge company — a nationwide directory of independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. We support:

• Communities and providers — claiming a listing, verifying a listing, managing a verified listing subscription, or updating your community's information
• Families and residents — questions about the directory, a listing, or how to connect with a community

Email [email protected] and include the community name and city so we can find your listing quickly.

Billing & Charges

Payments for BattleBridge services and Ultimate Senior Resource verified listings are processed by BattleBridge through Stripe. A charge on your card or bank statement may appear as "Battle Bridge Labs" or "BattleBridge".

To update a payment method, cancel a subscription, request an invoice or receipt, or ask about a charge, email [email protected] with:

• The business or community name on the account
• The email address used at checkout
• The date and amount of the charge (for billing questions)
